Upon arrival at the Kushok Bakula Airport, our representative will welcome and assist you to transfer to your hotel. Check-in at hotel on reaching and relax. It is advisable to rest on the first day to acclimatize to the high altitude of the place. However, a small excursion may be taken in the evening.
The day will start with a buffet breakfast at the Hotel. Later enjoy barbeque lunch (Ladakhi Style) on the banks of the local stream. Post Breakfast your days activities will start with a drive through the Sham Valley a kaleidoscopic valley with amazing views. During the tour a small detour for a Rafting Excursion can be taken. Later a Buffet lunch can be arranged at Alchi Kitchen, Alchi). You can choose your activity as per your choice from our Addons given below.
After Breakfast, checkout from the hotel and start for Khardung La Pass which is the Highest Motorable Pass in Ladakh (18,379ft). Thereafter, resume the journey towards Diskit and then Hunder. Lunch will be served at the hotel. After which your day activities would start. You can choose your activity as per your choice from our Addons given below.
Post Breakfast head to Turtuk Village at the LOC. This Village was under Pakistan Occupation uptil 1971. Indian Army liberated it and after the 1971 war it came under Indian union. Famous for its unique Balti culture this village boasts of a beautiful museum that contains relics from yester years. A guided village tour shall be arranged for the group ending with local lunch in a traditional house.
After Breakfast, check out and make your way towards Pangong-Tso Lake. Enjoy the stunning vistas and spend the rest of the day in the lap of nature on the banks of the lake.
Post Breakfast leave for Leh via Changla Pass Reach Leh and check in to your Hotel/Resort.
