In the pursuit to grow his knowledge in international business studies and digital marketing, Rinchen acquired various educational qualifications, post which he held a range of professional job positions across marketing and sales firms as well as digital marketing agencies. Having traveled extensively, it was time to pursue and follow his heart, which led to the culmination of Headnorth.in, in one of the most scenic and beautiful parts of the country, Ladakh. He intends to apply all the experiences had, qualifications achieved, cultures immersed, people interacted with, and lessons learned to create this beautiful yet unique company. He aims to grow collectively with everyone he connects and works while giving back to the society we live in!
